Tina Lemke

Owner of Lemke Funeral Homes and Clinton Lawn Cemetery

Tina and her husband George Lemke purchased the former Cannon Funeral Home in 1999 and renamed it Lemke Funeral Homes. Later they purchased the former Nelson-Heesch Funeral Home and Clinton Memorial Cemetery in 2003. Clinton Memorial would be renamed to Clinton Lawn Cemetery.


After a valiant battle, George Lemke passed away in August 2008 from cancer. They have two sons- Konnor and Logan, who attend Prince of Peace schools. Tina is a supporter of the Clinton Impact Baseball Club, Clinton Humane Society and Easter Seals. She is a member of Prince of Peace Parish and the Clinton Regional Development Corporation.


Mike Goddard

Owner/Funeral Director at Lemke Funeral Homes and Clinton Lawn Cemetery

Michael “Mike” was born and raised in Clinton, the son of Marvin and Jean Goddard.  He is a graduate of the former Mater Dei High School - class of 1983.  He is also a graduate of the Mount Saint Clare College, Hamilton Technical College and Des Moines Area Community College.  Mike initially followed career in Manufacturing Management and Engineering, employed with an Ohio based company for 20 years.  He has two daughters who work for Lemke Funeral Homes in various capacities.  Mike is honored to serve the families of Clinton whether through Funeral Services or helping families with a program he started – “Get a Bike on Mike” which provides children a new bike if their bike is stolen.  


Michelle Goddard 

Executive Associate at Lemke Funeral Homes and Clinton Lawn Cemetery

Michelle is the daughter of Mike Goddard step daughter of Tina Lemke-Goddard and of Connie (Kevin) Nicolaysen. Michelle works as support staff both at Lemke Funeral Home, Clinton Lawn Cemetery and Springdale Cemetery. She is licensed for pre-need insurance services to better assist our families preparing for the future. Michelle previously worked in hotel, retail and restaurant management. She brings superb customer service and leadership to Lemke Funeral Homes. Michelle's first child, her pride and joy, Aurora May Jo, joined the family in November of 2021. Outside of being a Mom and helping families at the funeral home and cemeteries, Michelle enjoys reading, staying in and watching her favorite shows and cooking. She is a proud a member of River Church, and she is honored to help those facing the same difficulties she has of losing a loved one. 



Jordan Schroeder

Mortuary Science Student/Lemke Funeral Homes and Clinton Lawn Cemetery Support Staff

Jordan was born here in Clinton soon after moved to Panama City, Florida. After experiencing a category 5 hurricane -Michael- that devastated the town she lived in and most of the surrounding area; she decided to move her family back home. She is currently a Mortuary Science Student at Des Moines Area Community College after graduating from Clinton Community College in 2022 all while maintaining a support staff position for Lemke Funeral Homes and Clinton Lawn Cemetery and Springdale cemetery. When not at work Jordan enjoys spending time with her son and reading. 


Konnor George Lemke 

Lemke Funeral Homes and Clinton Lawn Cemetery Support Staff

 

Konnor was born and raised in Clinton, the son of Tina and the late George Lemke. He is currently employed as a Lab Technician, however continues a support position at Lemke Funeral Homes and Clinton Lawn Cemetery.
